Vending At BiG Fire
We accept submissions from food, non-alcoholic beverage, crafts and merchandise vendors. Vending will be rain or shine, just like the festival.
If you would like to sell items during the festivities please apply and fill out the required fields within the submission form.
If you have been accepted, you will be notified within 30 days of your application. Vendors will be provided an agreement and are required to provide proof of insurance and a 50% deposit in by March 15th, 2018.
Fees provide 1 Table & 2 Chairs. Vendor must provide Tents/Shade
Food & Non-alcoholic Beverage: $500 includes at least a 10'X10" spot, one 30amp power hook-up, 4 working passes per day. Additional Vendor working passes may be purchased.
Crafts & Merchandise: $250 includes 10'X10' spot, one 30amp power hook-up, 2 working passes per day.

Saturday, May 5: 11:00AM - 11:00PM - OPEN FOR BUSINESS
Sunday, May 6: 9:00AM - 12:00PM - OPTIONAL BUSINESS HOURS
*Teardown Optional After Business Closes on Saturday
